He started to rap in the late 80s. Literally he is the pioneer of the Japanese rap scene. In addition to his characteristic voice and flow, his fashion and style have been fascinating the hip hop heads. He performed on the stage at Stevie Wonder’s Japan tour as a Japanese rapper in 90s.

In 1998, he joined compilation album “Planet Rap: A Sample of The World”, released by Tommy Boy, as a Japanese.
He attended a convention of indie label called New Music Seminar which is started by Tom Silverman who is a president of Tommy Boy, and it was reported by NY TIMES. Also, he had a show at the Lion’s Den in NY and attracted audiences there. In the history of Japanese Hip Hop, he performed important rolls. “Beat Kicks” with HAZU, and “MICROPHONE PAGER” with MURO, “RINO LATINA II”, “YOU THE ROCK☆”, and “G.K. MARYAN” as a member of KAMINARI.
In addition, he provided songs to numerous completion albums as solo in 90s. He joined the album “Shogen” by Lamp Eye, which is represented as a monument of Japanese rapper in 1996. In 1998, his 1st solo album “AL-KHADIR” was released by Toshiba. By starting self-produce from his 2nd album “FORWARD ON TO HIP HOP SEVEN DIMENSIONS”, he keeps providing new music to listeners with his innovative ideas. In 2004, he released “330 More Answer No Question”, full album of “Kaminari Kazoku”. Collaboration album “LOVE or HATE” with R&B singer “HI-D” in 2005.
His 5th album “TWIG” in 2006. Collaboration album “AKASATANA” released with American producer “PREFUSE 73.” In March 2007.
Besides offering plenty of mellow songs featured by female vocalists such as Miliya Kato, ACO, KEYCO, bird, and Sugar Soul, artists such as Sigeru Kishida of Kururi, Katsuya Kobayashi, Mine Fujiko, Afrika Bambaataa, Del the Funky Homosapien, Company Flow, and DJ SPINNA joined his work in the past. He featured DJ KRUSH, DJ Quietstorm, and ECD too. Recently, he joined songs of HIFANA, The Legendary Six Nine, and Ski Beats, and gains supports from variety music of fans.
He performs in a lot of shows such as “DAFT PUNK LIVE” at Makuhari Messe with HIFANA in December 2007, “Takashi Murakami’s opening party” at Brooklyn Museum (NYC) in April 2008, the event of National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation ”Our World, Other Worlds Earth Theory in Progress” in September 2009, “ R20 Rhymestar 20th Anniversary” at JCB HALL in November 2009, and “ The Legendary Six Nine” at Nagoya E.L.L., Osaka BIG CAT, and Shibuya AX in March 2010.
After 2010, he made a style to play in a band, and he performs as HIP-HOP BAND followed by mebanua band.
He released the new album “Blue Thought” on September 7th, 2011.
