"PICTURE BATTLE" is an exciting short film competition produced by UTB.
Independent filmmakers who try to expand and explore their business network in the film & media industry have a chance to giving the presentation of their film works to Hollywood. Directors of the selected work receive the open review from the judges who are the professional of film and media industry. One of judge is Kazuyuki Izutsu, who is well known as an award-winning director, writer and a popular film critic.
