Harumi Kurihara’s Cooking & Talk Show
Celebrity homemaker and television personality Harumi Kurihara held a cooking and talk show on September 19th at the Marriot Hotel in Torrance. Although she has done many cooking shows in Japan, this was her first time in the U.S. Over 550 fans welcomed Kurihara, whose cooking lesson was on cooking with leftover ingredients. Kurihara’s recipes included picked cucumbers, ginger rice, carrot and tuna salod and celery and onion chicken meatballs. After the cooking show, Kurihara spoke about and gave advice on family and health.
