Tsukiko Izumisawa suffers from post-traumatic-stress-induced amnesia and insomnia from an accident that happened three years ago. Mysterious things are suddenly occurring in her life. In the meanwhile, Detective Harada,of the Metropolitan Police Department’s Investigative Bureau, is investigating a strange, pending case. He shows Tsukiko’s doctor, Hosono, a group photo of classmates with one female student’s face gouged out. That student suddenly disappears, and at the same time, the school falls into ruins. Four students commit suicide, seven are sent to a mental institution and the rest of them move to different schools. One of the classmates confesses to killing that student and hiding its severed body parts. The name of the disappearing female student is “Tomie Kawakami.” Who is she…? How is she involved with Tsukiko’s amnesia…?
