UTB has an immediate opening in our sales department for a tenacious, well-organized sales person with solid phone and in-person sales skills. The ideal candidate must also be a strong closer and be familiar with the Greater Los Angeles area, as this is most likely where you will be selling.

The successful candidate will also have a high customer focus, with prior TV sales experience.

- Identifying and developing new customers
- Maintaining and growing existing accounts
- Understanding the customer’s needs and requirements; maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
- Ability to build territory from ground up utilizing networking, cold calls, visits, and presentations
- Recommending changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
- Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; making recommendations to management

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven
- Must have sales experience in TV Advertisement and/or PR Industry
- Bachelors Degree preferred and/or 2 plus years experience in Advertisement sales
- Ability to achieve enrollment goals under set deadlines
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to focus in a loud, fast paced environment
